Osaka has been known as "a town of medicine" since about 400 years ago. Many Japanese pharmaceutical companies originated in Osaka.Outstanding universities, research institutions and start-ups related to the life sciences are concentrated here.
This event allows you to meet with life science companies & start-ups in Osaka.
It consists of online 1:1 meetings and online presentations. Registered users will have access to the personal and company profiles of other participants, as well as to the assets, products and technologies.
The online 1:1 meetings can be pre-arranged through this online platform and will take the form of video calls that can be made directly through this partnering platform without the need for additional software. Online presentations will be available on-demand for attendees to view at any time during the event.
The Osaka Prefectural Government organises the event in collaboration with the following partners: the Government of Ontario, the Government of Quebec, Scottish Development International, Invest Northern Ireland and the Welsh Government.
Organisers will review registrants' profiles and accept them if they:
- fit the event's target mentioned below
- are complete and allow to understand the company's purpose and its participation goals
